SETTING THE SCENE:
WHY SHOULD WE TALK ABOUT COMMUTING
Have you ever wondered why it is necessary to start thinking about sustainable commuting? In this module, we'll take you to explore the background of commuting and mobility behavior: What is the current shape of commuting in companies and where are we heading if nothing changes? What areas of our company are directly and indirectly impacted by commuting? How does mobility behavior work and how can we effectively transform it?
Module 2:
UNDERSTANDING THE
SOLUTIONS: COMMUTING MEASURES AND POTENTIALS
Module 2 gets straight to the point: we look at solutions, approaches and measures that contribute to sustainable commuting at companies. What is the potential of each of these? What circumstances make one measure more favorable than another? We will find answers in theoretical research, but also learn from the best and dive into a wealth of real-world case studies.
Module 3:
LEADING CHANGE IN
YOUR COMPANY: BUILD AND MANAGE YOUR TRAVEL PLAN
There are solutions, but how can you turn them into a strategic plan? How is such a plan structured, which steps do you have to follow for successful implementation? During this module, we will not only go through this process in theory, but also carry it out practically applying it to your own company, thus guiding you step by step to a first travel plan draft.
